To Our Valued Patients and Community:

The evolution of COVID-19 continues, and WAGI will continue to evolve as well.

We are adapting our care to reflect the latest recommendations from the medical and scientific communities - both on local and national levels - to help ensure the very best is represented by our staff and from our facilities for each of you.

The foundations of our safety measures published earlier this year are still in place:

  • A mask or face protection that covers the mouth and nose must be worn at all times at WAGI facilities.
  • Please limit the number of people coming into any WAGI facility to just yourself.
  • Any individual entering a WAGI facility will be screened by a staff representative prior to entrance.
  • If your appointment or procedure is to be done at Overlake Medical Center in Bellevue, please refer to their website here  for additional requirements.

WAGI Physicians will continue to see patients for virtual clinic visits via Telemedicine Video Conference. If you have questions about your medical care and need to speak to someone at WAGI, please continue to reach out to your local clinic via telephone or contact us through our patient portal .

As we continue to learn more about this viral pandemic, we must all adapt and understand the challenges that we know now - and those yet to come. WAGI is committed in this fight, and sincerely appreciate your understanding in creating the safest possible environments for your care.
